RETURNS POLICY

Returns policy

If you decide to return any item, you will need to notify us within 15 days of receiving it. You will then have a further 14 days to get the item back to us. Once we have received them and provided that it is in perfect, unused condition and in original packaging, complete with all labels attached and any instruction manuals, we will refund your credit/debit card/PayPal payment (please allow up to 14 days).

Please note that any costs incurred returning unwanted items to us are at your expense unless the return is a result of our error. Please email or telephone us before returning any item stating your reason for return. We can arrange to collect unwanted items at a cost of £20 per box - Mainland UK only (excluding some addresses in Scotland). Please call for a quote for collection from all other parts of the the UK

Klarna exclusions

Please note that we only accept returns if the product is in perfect, unused condition and in its original packaging. We do not participate in Klarna's 'Try Before You Buy' program - therefore, we reserve right to cancel orders placed via 'Pay in 30 days' option at our discretion to prevent abuse.

Please use the 'pay in 3',  'pay in 12' or 'Pay now' options instead.

Ex-Display products

Ex-display products are sold as seen.

Because it's ex-display, product may display minimal wear-and-tear understandable for this category. They're usually just like new, but might have few scratches here and there due to being on display for a few months or longer. If there is any obvious imperfections, they will be shown clearly in product photos.

You may only return ex-display product within 14 days if you discover it's faulty, with exclusion of cosmetic flaws (such as, but not limited to:  scratch marks, missing elements of decoration, worn out straps and pins) as you buy it 'as seen'.

This does not affect your statuatory rights.
